IT Engineer

About the role

As an IT Engineer at Intratech Net Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and IT solutions to our clients. You will be a key member of our IT support team, working collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve Network, Hardware and Software issues for end-users

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients

• Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and network equipment

• Recommend and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

• Document IT support processes and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure consistent and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
