About The Role
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic Data/AI team in Paris on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation within a collaborative and innovative environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing customized AI solutions, and deploying cutting-edge generative models. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, identify new opportunities in generative modeling, and contribute to ongoing R&D initiatives. The role emphasizes continuous learning, experimentation, and the application of best practices in MLOps/LLMOps to ensure scalable and efficient AI solutions. You will also engage in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to foster a culture of innovation and expertise within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer, with a focus on generative AI projects
- Proven experience in deploying and supporting AI solutions for clients
- Strong operational management skills for project teams and client interactions
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Technical expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning
- Advanced programming skills in Python and Spark
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts including Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Search Engines
- Proficiency with frameworks and tools like Langchain, Chroma, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest technological advancements
- Ability to propose innovative ideas and challenge conventional approaches
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs to develop tailored AI solutions aligned with business objectives
- Identify and select appropriate generative AI models based on specific use cases
- Design and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, preprocessing, and model input
- Implement fine-tuning methodologies, balancing accuracy and efficiency
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new opportunities in generative modeling
- Deploy and optimize AI solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness
- Participate in innovation projects and maintain continuous knowledge of AI advancements and MLOps/LLMOps best practices
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote AI literacy within the organization
