Tasks:
- * Analyze breakdowns and implement root-cause corrective actions
- * Collaborate with procurement, commercial, and logistics teams to improve supply chain performance
- * Deliver manufacturing targets and quality standards
- * Develop lead-time and capacity-planning tools for commercial orders
- * Develop workforce skills, training, and performance plans
- * Drive OEE, OTIF, cycle-time, and inventory KPIs
- * Identify, manage, and present capital expenditure proposals
- * Investigate quality issues and implement continuous improvements
- * Lead manufacturing, warehouse, and engineering teams
- * Lead site-wide manufacturing and operations strategy
- * Maintain ISO compliance and support audits
- * Manage full-operation P&L, overheads, sales, and costs
- * Monitor operational KPIs and develop performance dashboards
- * Oversee production planning, scheduling, and ERP utilization
- * Review and optimize bills of materials and bills of operations
- * Schedule planned maintenance and reduce production downtime
