In this role, you'll manage operations and people support for RAND's AI research center, coordinating onboarding, team development, and cross-functional initiatives.
Lead and mentor junior operations staff, providing guidance on priorities and execution.
Oversee personnel processes including new hires, exits, fellowships, and performance reviews.
Identify and implement improvements to operational systems and processes across finance, procurement, and events.
Build strong relationships across research teams, RAND functions, and external partners while maintaining discretion.
