We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Back End Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and building high-performance APIs, as well as leading the development and long-term maintenance of complex integrations with external vendors and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms.

- Integration Development: Build robust integrations in TypeScript / Node.js with external vendors and platforms.
- API Design: Design, structure, and scale efficient, secure, and performant APIs.
- ATS Ecosystem: Build and maintain long-term integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Required Qualifications
Requirements & Experience
- Seniority: 8+ years of solid experience in software development.
- ATS & Data Ingestion: Proven experience building integrations with ATS platforms and/or handling large dataset ingestion.
- Performant APIs: Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering high-performance APIs.
- Testing: Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Tech Stack: Solid and deep experience with the TypeScript / Node.js ecosystem.
- Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (required for daily collaboration and communication).
Nice To Have Skills
Nice to Have
- Integration Platforms: Experience with unified API platforms such as Merge or Kombo.
- HR Tech Ecosystem: Prior experience with ATS tools like Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.
- Front-End Exposure: Experience with React for front-end development.
