An established industrial technology company is looking for an Embedded Software Architect to shape its embedded software platform and guide the teams developing its products.
Your responsibilities
- Define modular software architectures and guide the platform’s long-term development.
- Evaluate technologies and establish shared technical standards.
- Strengthen software quality through development guidelines, testing and automation.
- Work with customers, management and engineering teams to clarify requirements and communicate technical decisions.
- Coach developers and support consistent engineering practices across international locations.
Your background
- Several years of experience in embedded software development and complex software architecture.
- A degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices. Experience with Zephyr RTOS is an advantage.
- Clear communication skills and confidence providing technical guidance to development teams.
- Very good German and English.
