Convert millions of document pages per day into clean, structured output through a queue-driven pipeline
Lead high-impact projects across DU Core and DU Apps
Translate product and consuming-team requests into functional and technical requirements
Write design documents and ADRs covering trade-offs, cost, latency, quality, failure modes, operability, and security
Define service architecture, deployment, and operation on Azure
Identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks using production metrics, profiling, latency distributions, benchmarks, and load tests
Build and operate the processing pipeline end to end, including autoscaling, rate limiting, retries, vendor failover, large inputs, and bounded-memory streaming
Work primarily on Rust backend services and support C#/.NET customer-facing services
Safely evolve message schemas, APIs, and feature flags across services and repositories
Deliver backward-compatible changes with rollout and rollback plans
Write specifications and plans for coding agents, evaluate AI tools, and verify agent output with tests and evidence
Improve agent instructions, skills, review automation, and evaluation practices
