Role: DevOps Manager

Onsite Requirement: 3 days office mandatory
Responsibilities
- DevOps strategy & roadmap — define CI/CD, automation, cloud and platform-engineering direction.
- Team leadership — manage DevOps engineers and workload.
- CI/CD governance — establish standards for build, test, release and deployment pipelines.
- Release & deployment management — ensure reliable, repeatable and controlled production releases.
- Cloud & infrastructure oversight — oversee cloud environments, containers, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code.
- Environment management — ensure development, test, staging and production environments are available and correctly configured.
- Automation — drive automation of builds, deployments, provisioning, testing and operational activities.
- Platform/tooling ownership — oversee tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
