The Role

You will:

• Develop and maintain robust data models using dbt and SQL.
• Build scalable and reliable analytics datasets that support reporting and decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between Data Engineering and Analytics teams, ensuring data is transformed into meaningful business insights.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Improve data quality, testing, documentation, and governance practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of the data platform and analytics engineering best practices.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with dbt.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling expertise.
• Proven ability to work across both engineering and analytics functions.
• Experience building and maintaining modern data transformation pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within FinTech is highly desirable.
• Candidates from high-growth technology businesses or blended banking and technology environments are also encouraged to apply.
