The Role
- Architect and deliver transformative cloud solutions for a leading global travel platform
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable AWS solutions
- Own the technical narrative from discovery to delivery, ensuring measurable business impact
- Act as a strategic advisor to customer engineering and product leaders
- Coach customer teams on cloud best practices, DevOps automation, and operational excellence
- Provide pre-sales technical leadership, solution demonstrations, and engagement planning
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of IT platform implementation experience in a technical and analytical role
- 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience
- 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Experience in external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management
- Ability to design solutions handling millions of customer interactions across global markets
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including Amazon Connect, AI/ML, and real-time data processing
