You will lead the engineering organization across London, Paris, and Lyon, managing engineering managers and staff engineers. Your responsibilities will include building a high-performing engineering organization, co-owning the Enterprise & FMS vision, architecting and scaling an API-first integrations platform, embedding compliance by design, and modernizing back-office tools using AI and automation.
