English — required: professional working proficiency in spoken and written English. You must be comfortable participating actively in meetings, discussing technical decisions, collaborating through written channels, and understanding technical documentation.
Experience: at least 5 years of proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with the autonomy to own deliverables and make technical decisions.
Frontend: strong command of HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and solid experience with Angular.
Backend: solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Data and APIs: experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, RESTful API design, and third-party service integrations.
Tools: strong Git skills and collaborative development best practices.
AI-assisted development: hands-on experience using Claude Code effectively, with the judgment to review, test, and improve AI-generated code.
