Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / Delivery Lead – AI

About the role

RapidAgentic is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients in Singapore. This role sits at the intersection of technology, client engagement, and project delivery. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and ensure successful implementation from discovery through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects for enterprise clients

• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements, workflows, and technical needs

• Translate client requirements into clear technical and delivery plans

• Coordinate closely with engineering and AI teams throughout implementation

• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables

• Support technical demonstrations, workshops, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements

• Ensure solutions are successfully deployed and aligned with client expectations

• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal technical teams

• Identify delivery risks and resolve issues proactively

• Support the transition from pilot projects to production deployment

About you

• Proven experience in technical delivery, solution engineering, implementation, or client-facing technology roles

• Strong understanding of AI, enterprise software, cloud technologies, or digital transformation

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience managing complex technology projects from requirements through deployment

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers

• Experience with AI, machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI solutions is preferred

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing technology environment is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken English
