syncroPro AG is looking for a Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to help us build scalable APIs, integrations, and core services for our web and mobile products.
You will work primarily on backend components, while collaborating closely with frontend and Flutter developers to
deliver end-to-end product features. The role includes API development, database design, integrations, real-time
communication, and support for data-driven business workflows.
What you will do
- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.
- Develop and evolve APIs, business logic, and integration layers.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, migrations, authentication, validation, logging, and background processing.
- Contribute to real-time and integration-heavy features.
- Support frontend and mobile teams with reliable APIs and scalable backend design.
- Improve maintainability through refactoring, review, testing, and documentation.
- Use Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.
What we are looking for
- Mid/Senior experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express, API design, and relational databases.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, migrations, and production backend workflows.
- Experience with integrations, authentication, validation, and backend security basics.
- Solid understanding of real-time systems, reporting-oriented platforms, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including code review, documentation, refactoring, and test generation.
- Good communication in Portuguese and English.
- German or French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenAPI, Redis, Azure Service Bus, WebSockets, or cron jobs.
- Experience in integration-heavy SaaS environments.
