𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲

You will design and build the pipelines, models and data products behind our client analytics: health system benchmarking, population and market intelligence, and reporting that executives use every week.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Build and maintain Python ETL pipelines that load public and client sources into clean, documented models

• Write performant SQL for transformation, validation and data quality checks

• Shape semantic models that feed Tableau dashboards and AI driven question answering

• Work directly with analysts and clients to turn business questions into well defined datasets

• Automate refresh, testing and deployment so every release is repeatable

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

• A master’s degree in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics or a related field

• Strong Python for ETL (pandas, PySpark or similar) and strong SQL

• Familiarity with a cloud data platform such as Microsoft Azure or Databricks

• Understanding of data modeling (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and version control with Git

• Clear written communication and the discipline to document your work

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience with healthcare data such as claims, EHR extracts, CMS public files or HL7 and FHIR

• Tableau experience, including calculated fields, published data sources and Tableau Server or Cloud

• Exposure to large language models, retrieval or semantic layers
