Agentic AI Senior Software Engineer

- Strong Python software engineering skills, with proven experience designing, developing and delivering secure, scalable, production-grade applications and services
- Strong Collaboration skills, building effective partnerships across engineering, architecture and product teams to deliver shared outcomes
- Experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions, including agentic workflows, tool integration, orchestration patterns and multi-agent architectures
- Strong Critical Thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges, evaluate trade-offs and deliver practical solutions
- Strong Software Engineering capability with experience applying modern engineering practices including testing, CI/CD and software lifecycle management
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-native systems, platforms and services
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompting, evaluation and fine-tuning approaches
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AI observability, monitoring or evaluation frameworks
