Principal Systems/Software Engineer

Designs and develops software systems and organization-wide architectures across multiple platforms, with a focus on storage and distributed systems. Evaluates technologies, integrates solutions into technology roadmaps, reviews designs for quality and compliance, and leads complex technical initiatives. Provides technical leadership, executive-level communication, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams and development partners. The role requires strong datapath expertise and substantial experience designing, testing, debugging, and integrating software systems.
