AI FDE Deployment Engineer / AI FDE 部署工程师

About the role

As an AI Field Deployment Engineer (AI FDE), you will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business requirements, identify suitable AI and Large Language Model (LLM) application scenarios, and support the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) through production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage enterprise customers to understand business requirements and identify potential AI/LLM application scenarios

• Support customer engagement, solution presentation, technical discussions and commercial communication

• Design, configure and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agent and intelligent reasoning solutions

• Develop and deliver customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions and demonstrations

• Conduct solution demonstrations, technical validation, performance testing and preparation of test/validation reports

• Support on-site deployment, system integration, testing, troubleshooting and production go-live

• Provide customer training, technical support and post-deployment feedback management

• Work closely with internal sales, technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Support business development activities by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and solution discussions

• Travel within Southeast Asia where required to support customer projects and deployments

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, technical pre-sales, solution consulting, business development or related fields

• Hands-on experience in RAG, AI Agents or AI/LLM Proof of Concept development

• Familiar with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)

• Good understanding of Large Language Models, AI inference services and enterprise AI deployment

• Strong problem-solving ability with the capability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and supporting on-site project delivery

• Willing to travel and be stationed at customer/project sites when required

• Good Chinese and English communication skills will be an advantage
