AI Engineer

Get connected to innovative companies hiring right now.

First, the honest part: this is not a single job opening. It's an open door.

hiCalibre is a vetted talent network where companies hiring AI Engineers browse candidates, instead of you sending applications into a void. This post is how you get in. One application, one human review, and your profile sits in front of every company on the platform looking for someone like you.

How it works

1. Apply once. Takes about as long as one normal job application. A real recruiter reads it, no keyword filters, no bots.
2. Get vetted. Clear the review and you're on the marketplace, pre-verified for every company on the platform.
3. Get discovered. Companies see your skills, salary expectations and story on an anonymised card. Your name and contact details stay locked until you approve an introduction.
4. Get introduced. A company wants to meet you, you say yes, and you're talking directly. Or spot an open role you like and raise your hand yourself.

What kind of work

AI, data and engineering only. Right now companies on the platform are looking for people who build with LLMs, RAG pipelines, evaluation and retrieval systems, MLOps, and production machine learning. If you've shipped models or AI products that real users touch, you're who they're browsing for.

Why bother

• Free. Always. Talent never pays. Not to get vetted, not to be discovered, not to be introduced.
• Private.Your job search stays invisible. Name the companies that should never find you, your current employer included, and they never will.
• Salary on the table from day one.Ranges are visible before anyone talks. No lowball surprises at offer stage.
• No ghosting.Companies pay to unlock your profile, so every conversation is serious, and every introduction request gets an answer.
