An exciting opportunity has opened for a DevOps Architect - AWS to join a leading global organisation in reinsurance undergoing significant technology transformation. Reporting to the Head of Platform Enablement, you'll take a senior technical leadership role, leading the Platform Engineering and Data Operations function and defining its strategic roadmap.

You'll shape the future of AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, developer platforms, and data operations, driving automation, self-service, DevSecOps, and cloud-native engineering. You'll also work closely with AI/ML and MLOps teams to establish the platforms and capabilities needed to support AI and machine learning at scale.

Working across Engineering, Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, Data, and AI/ML, you'll combine strategic leadership with technical direction to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient platforms across the enterprise.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Architecture

• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud functions

• Strong AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform expertise

• Experience defining technology roadmaps and leading transformation initiatives
