Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications
A) Strong Data Engineering Expertise
- 7+ years of data engineering, analytics engineering, or related experience with advanced SQL and programming skills (Python, Scala, Java, or similar).
B) Modern Data Platform & Pipeline Experience
- Proven experience building and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and distributed processing frameworks (Spark, PySpark, Flink, etc.).
C) Data Quality & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Experience with data quality, governance, observability, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices, combined with strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-scale SaaS, fintech, marketplace, cloud, or consumer technology environments.
- Experience supporting analytics, experimentation, growth, monetization, or AI/ML platforms.
- Experience building semantic layers, certified metrics, executive reporting, dashboards, or self-service analytics solutions.
