Design, build, ship, and maintain educational apps and sports training apps used by students, coaches, and families
Work across the full technology stack and school operations, including data pipelines, AI admissions agents, and coaching tools
Use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding tools as the primary development environment
Own products end to end from initial concept through production and post-launch iteration
Gather and act on feedback from students, coaches, and parents
Collaborate daily with the U.S. team and work directly with company leadership
Requirements:
Product mindset focused on students, coaches, and parents
Engineering generalist comfortable across mobile apps, websites, VR experiences, games, and full-stack development
Daily expertise with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools
Production work demonstrating AI coding tools as central to development
Strong engineering fundamentals, including debugging complex problems, designing APIs and data models, writing maintainable code, and maintaining production stability at scale
Clear spoken and written English
Willingness to work 60 or more hours per week, including weekends
