Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the N6 DIVISION of COMMODORE SPECIAL WARFARE GRP ONE.
Duties
- You will responsible for the leadership, supervision, oversight, innovation, and integration of many important IT initiatives, services, projects, and programs.
- You will evaluate customer requirements and direct the development of plans to deliver solutions based on availability of funds, manpower, and compatibility issues.
- You will improve work methods and procedures used to accomplish work in support of mission objectives.
- You will oversee the development of technical data, estimates, statistics, suggestions, and other information useful to higher level managers in determining which goals and objectives to emphasize.
- You will plan and establish the work schedules, deadlines, and standards for acceptable work; coordinate and integrate contractor work schedules and processes with work of subordinates or others.
- You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- Incumbent is subject to random counterintelligence scope polygraph examinations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementingproject management, inventory/asset management, IT resources management, life cycle management, configuration management and identity management; serving as a contracting officer representative and managing of Major Force Program budget/funds and Capital Equipment Replacement Program; and executing accountability, problem solving, and development of personnel.
In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
