Design and evolve shared backend infrastructure, including APIs, realtime transport, storage frameworks, background job systems, workflow orchestration, and internal tooling. Improve reliability, performance, observability, and security while partnering with product teams on reusable abstractions. Lead technical design discussions, drive migrations and refactors, mentor engineers, and help establish backend architecture and engineering standards.
