We are looking for experienced Pega Developers to join an enterprise case management programme in the Netherlands. We have openings in three tracks: Front-end (Constellation/React), Back-end, and DCM (Constellation, Infinity '24). Please state your preferred track when applying
Tracks and Requirements
Track A: Pega Front-end Developer (10-12 years)
- 5+ years in Pega implementation projects
- 3+ years with Pega Constellation and DX API
- 4+ years of ReactJS front-end development
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Design and build modern UIs with Pega Constellation and DX API, using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and REST APIs
- Develop reusable UI components and extend Pega's out-of-the-box capabilities with custom React applications
- Integrate React front ends with Pega case management and workflows via DX APIs
- Build responsive, mobile-first and accessible experiences
- Lead UX discovery workshops, create personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes, and define UX standards and design governance
- Experience with headless front ends and geo-applications (map servers, OpenLayers)
Track B: Pega Back-end Developer (8-10 years)
- Strong Pega implementation experience, with solid knowledge of Pega Constellation and DX API
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Design and build case management solutions, integrating bespoke components such as microservices, front ends and databases
- Support integration of bespoke UIs with Pega Case Management
- Low-code engineering within Pega Case Management
- Collaborate with Pega architects, developers and business stakeholders on end-to-end delivery
Track C: Pega Developer, DCM (8-10 years)
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)
- Design and develop applications on Pega Platform (Infinity '24) with a focus on Constellation UI architecture
- Build end-to-end case management solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop and configure flows, data pages, activities, decision rules and integrations
- Implement Constellation UI components using reusable patterns and DX APIs
- Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP
- Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails and best practices
- Propose alternative solutions when facing product limitations
- Perform unit testing, debugging and performance tuning
Good to Have
- Solution consulting: acting as a trusted advisor on UX transformation, recommending UI architecture and front-end modernization approaches
- Participation in solution estimation, proposals and customer workshops
- Mentoring development and UX teams on modern design and front-end practices
