This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation, and Business Transformation. You will work directly with front-office users, identifying manual processes and turning them into scalable AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks.
Beyond delivering solutions, you'll help define the AI strategy of the organization, establish engineering standards for the future AI² team, and progressively evolve into a leadership position responsible for growing and managing the function.

As an AI Automation Lead, you will:

AI Solutions & Automation
- Engage directly with front-office teams to understand challenges, inefficiencies, and manual processes.
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and workflow orchestration can create measurable business value.
- Design and develop AI-driven applications and intelligent assistants.
- Build workflows leveraging technologies such as:LLMs
- AI Agents
- MCP Servers
- Agentic Workflows
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Automation Frameworks
- Develop solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
AI Strategy & Architecture
- Contribute to the AI vision and long-term technical roadmap.
- Bring a strategic perspective to how AI capabilities should evolve across the organization's data architecture.
- Help define standards and reusable patterns for AI adoption.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tooling.
- Promote best practices around AI governance, architecture, and operationalization.
Software Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Build scalable services, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Apply software engineering best practices including:Clean Architecture

- Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready.
Data & Workflow Engineering
- Develop data-driven applications and workflow automation solutions.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise data sources and business processes.
- Support the design and implementation of automated decision-making workflows.
- Contribute to building robust and scalable AI-enabled operational platforms.
- Understand and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI-driven processes.
Leadership & Team Growth
- Establish technical direction and engineering standards for the future AI² team.
- Mentor and support engineers working on AI and automation initiatives.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Help recruit, onboard, and scale the team as AI initiatives expand.
- Transition into a Team Lead position within approximately six months, taking ownership of AI delivery and capability growth.
