Senior AI Engineer Agentic AI | Python | AWS | MLOps / LLMOps
€85,000–€95,000 Base + Benefits | Hybrid in city center 3 times a week
Our client is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join an Innovation IT team building next-generation AI solutions for a global enterprise environment.
This is a highly hands-on role for an experienced engineer who can architect, build and productionise Agentic AI and Machine Learning solutions, with a strong focus on Python, AWS, AI Agents, MLOps/LLMOps and production-scale engineering.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and productionise AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Architect Agentic AI applications using modern frameworks and design patterns.
- Build, validate and evaluate AI Agents for enterprise use cases.
- Research and implement emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Own technical troubleshooting, debugging and critical production issues.
- Improve performance, scalability and reliability of large-scale AI systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Present technical solutions and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years' professional Python development experience.
- 5+ years' experience with AWS or another major cloud platform, with strong AWS application architecture experience preferred.
- 4+ years' experience building Machine Learning models, using frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
- 3+ years' experience building Deep Learning models and Neural Networks.
- 2+ years' hands-on experience building AI systems and AI Agents.
- Strong experience building Agentic AI applications, including Agentic AI design patterns, AgentOps, agent validation and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise MLOps / LLMOps tooling and platform design.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting large-scale production systems.
- Strong experience using AI-assisted development and agentic coding tools, such as Kiro or Copilot, to accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience delivering technical demos and explaining complex solutions to varied audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Strands Agents or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- AWS-native AI/ML architecture experience.
- Serverless architecture experience.
- CI/CD and deployment automation experience.
- Experience working within global, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
