Role: Full Stack Development Engineer
Location: Poland, Krakow
Mode: Hybrid - 3 day a week
Responsibilities:
- Participate in software architecture and solution design activities
- Design and develop scalable backend and fullstack solutions for analytics and telemetry platforms
- Implement solutions using industrystandard design patterns and engineering best practices
- Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Develop prototypes and proofofconcepts to validate solutions and architectures
- Deliver products through the complete Software Development Lifecycle SDLC
- Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production environments and resolve operational issues
- Communicate with internal customers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Participate in testing release management deployment and ongoing product support
- Continuously improve skills across backend development security testing and operational support
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Hands on years of professional software development experience
- Strong Nodejs and Web API development expertise
- Strong SQL and Database Design experience
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle SDLC
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency B2 or higher
- Experience supporting production applications and operational environments
- Understanding of Service Management and Change Management processes
- Knowledge of Go programming language is desirable
- Experience with React or Angular frameworks is advantageous
- Experience with JavaScript frontend development
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
- Python development experience is a plus
