Senior Data Engineer at FAST-GROWING consumer web-application

I'm hiring a product/data engineer to become the head of product at our fast-growing web application consumer business.

SALARY: You're paid a strong base salary and a performance bonus, based on KPI's we set.

✔ About the product

Our product is a people search report. Customers pay us to learn about a phone number or email, and who's behind it, what's out there.

The better the report, the more customers renew. The better our data, the better every decision we make.

We spend $400k–$1m per month on paid ads, and every single dollar of it is steered by data: attribution, cohort payback, renewal rates, split tests.

Requirements:

• You read and understand code
• You've worked with payment or subscription data (Stripe experience is a big plus)
• You treat a discrepancy as a personal insult, you can't leave a wrong number alone
• You use AI tools daily and it shows in your output speed
