- Professional experience in the operation, maintenance and security of public-facing web applications or content-management solutions.
- Professional experience in the administration and enhancement of enterprise BI/data-visualisation solutions, including server-side publication, data-source connections, refresh schedules, permissions and dashboards.
- Strong SQL skills and practical knowledge of relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) for querying, integration, validation and data-quality controls.
- Knowledge of data warehouse, ETL/data-transformation and data-quality concepts.
- Knowledge of web technologies and protocols, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP/S, certificates, authentication/authorisation and browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of application security practices, including least privilege, patch and vulnerability management, logging and secure configuration.

- Excellent technical writing skills for operational, technical and end-user documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional, international teams.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience in a scientific, regulatory or environmental-monitoring context.
- Experience with geospatial data visualisation.
- Certifications related to IT service management, application operations, BI/data visualisation or cybersecurity.
- Experience working within European Institutions or large public administration environments.
What We Offer:
