Focused on developing high-impact software solutions, the full-time Software Development Engineer III will design and implement complex full-stack features, including Python backend services and browser-extension automation, while working remotely and mentoring peers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship complex full-stack features, including backend services, APIs, and automation workflows
- Own automation and product components end to end, clarifying requirements and ensuring reliable performance in production
- Provide hands-on technical mentorship to engineers through design discussions, pairing, and code review
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python
- Experience with RPA and healthcare workflow automation
- Familiarity with browser extension development, including Chrome extensions
- Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and GDPR
- Experience in debugging and optimizing production systems and automations
