Software Engineer (Service & Operations)

Join our team as a Full Stack Software Engineer, where you will build, troubleshoot, and maintain our in-house digital service, logistics, and operations software. You will implement improvements to our existing suite of service and fleet software, gather user stories, and increase test coverage. You will also develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows to streamline warehouse operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 4+ years of industry experience, and strong proficiency in Python, Typescript, and Linux systems.

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work cross-functionally with developers, manufacturing, infrastructure, and product teams
- Proven experience deploying and maintaining highly available, reliable, fault tolerant applications on Kubernetes
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, Typescript, and Linux systems
- Demonstrable systems design experience
- Strong understanding of best practices in software engineering, including SCM (Git) and TDD (Pytest, Vitest, Playwright)
- Previous work in robotics, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing
- Experience managing deployments to Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Bazel and/or Terraform
