About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to work across infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability. You’ll help keep the Orange Logic Platform fast, secure, and scalable by improving software delivery pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, strengthening observability, and automating operational processes.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams to bring DevOps practices into the development lifecycle while helping improve system reliability and reduce manual operational work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support fast and reliable software delivery

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on performance and cost efficiency

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools

• Monitor system health and respond to incidents

• Lead post-mortems and identify improvements that strengthen system reliability

• Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle

• Promote security standards across infrastructure and application environments

• Drive automation initiatives that eliminate repetitive operational work and improve team velocity

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

• Strong understanding of CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, or similar platforms

• Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or a similar language

• Security-first mindset

• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001

• Experience working across AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Experience improving cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency

• Experience with infrastructure automation and reliability initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Target compensation of $120,000–$140,000 in most remote locations

• Final compensation may vary based on candidate experience and expertise
