We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an AI/ML Engineer Specialist. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions, with a strong focus on AI Agents, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI platforms. We are looking for a professional with hands-on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation through intelligent systems.
Qualifications
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles
Advanced proficiency in AI Agents and agent-based systems
Strong experience developing and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions
Experience leveraging cloud AI services to build scalable and production-ready AI applications
Knowledge of Foundation Models, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience building data pipelines to support model training, deployment, and monitoring
Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
Experience working with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing techniques
Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production deployment practices
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to strategic technical decisions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsabilities
Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that address complex business challenges
Build scalable and reliable data pipelines to support model training, inference, and production workloads
Develop and deploy AI Agents capable of automating processes, interacting with systems, and generating business value
Customize and optimize Foundation Models, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions based on business requirements
Leverage cloud AI services and modern AI platforms to accelerate solution delivery
Conduct research and development on emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies
Develop high-performance AI solutions that meet scalability, reliability, and security requirements
Work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve model accuracy and effectiveness
Implement and maintain efficient storage, retrieval, and knowledge management mechanisms for AI applications
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and key decision-making processes
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Evaluate and communicate the business value, performance, and impact of AI solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of AI best practices across the organization
