About the Role:
We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to design and develop next-generation Generative AI solutions that accelerate application modernization and software transformation initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in LLMs and AI architectures with hands-on development of intelligent automation frameworks for enterprise-scale environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience building AI-powered solutions leveraging modern GenAI technologies, cloud-based AI services, and software modernization accelerators.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of total professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
- 5+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications from concept through production deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement GenAI modernization accelerators for application transformation initiatives.
- Define and develop LLM architectures and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
- Build Agentic AI solutions to automate complex business and technical workflows.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using enterprise knowledge sources and vector databases.
- Develop AI-powered capabilities for:
- Code analysis and automation
- Business rule extraction
- Legacy system reverse engineering
- Source-to-target conversion acceleration
- Automated test generation frameworks
- Establish AI governance standards and best practices for responsible AI adoption.
- Manage and optimize the ML lifecycle, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
