🚀 Hiring: Cross Stream Innovation Architect | Geneva, Switzerland

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Salary: Up to CHF 150K per annum

Employment: Fixed Term / Permanent

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Geneva office

Looking for a strong Cross Stream Innovation Architect to lead architecture and technical strategy across AI Products Delivery, Innovative Software Engineering and Citizen Development Enablement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture vision and standards across AI, application, data, integration & security.

• Lead AI architecture decisions including tools, data residency, safety and governance.

• Develop an enterprise LLM playbook covering model selection, usage, cost monitoring and governance.

• Design reference architectures for Conversational AI, Copilot Studio, Agentic AI (MCP/A2A), tool calling and RAG.

• Define AI evaluation gates for quality, safety and performance.

• Architect Azure cloud, APIs, events and integration patterns.

• Architect Power Platform Core – Dataverse, DLP, environments, connectors, ALM and IAM.

• Establish a Center of Excellence for Citizen Development.

• Implement Responsible AI controls, guardrails, red-teaming, bias/fairness checks and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Establish LLM observability, feedback loops, drift monitoring and SLOs for latency, quality and cost.

• Mentor engineers and makers and drive framework-first, reusable architecture.

• Present architecture, strategy and results to senior leadership.

🔹 Mandatory Experience

✅ 5–7+ years in Enterprise / Solution / AI Architecture

✅ Hands-on production AI / automation delivery

✅ Strong Azure AI / Azure OpenAI & Copilot Studio experience

✅ RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks

✅ Azure cloud-native, APIs, events, security & integration architecture

✅ Power Platform governance – Dataverse, DLP, environment strategy & ALM

✅ Citizen Development enablement at scale

✅ Responsible AI, monitoring, red/blue teaming and AI risk controls

✅ Excellent stakeholder and leadership communication

⭐ Preferred

• Agentic AI frameworks – BMAD or similar

• MCP / A2A integrations

• Human-in-the-loop workflows

• LLM observability, evaluation suites and telemetry

• Azure Architect / Power Platform Architect certifications

🇨🇭 Eligibility / Work Permit

Priority candidates:

• Swiss Nationals

• EU/European Nationals with C Permit

• European Nationals with G Permit

• Indian Passport holders with an open B Permit that does not require employer sponsorship

• Dependents may be considered for 6 or 12 months, subject to valid work-permit duration.

📍 Candidates should already be in Switzerland or be willing to relocate to Switzerland if selected and independently apply for the required Swiss permit.

⚠️ Local travel expenses to the Geneva office will not be covered by Employer.
