A leading global organisation is investing heavily in a major AI transformation programme, building new capabilities from the ground up. As an AI Engineer, you'll join a team where the expectation is simple: write code, build things, solve problems and make ideas work.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who genuinely enjoys being close to the code. You'll be coding day-to-day, developing software and building AI-powered solutions using modern technologies such as Agentic AI, RAG and MCP.
You'll have the opportunity to take ideas from an initial concept and turn them into something real, usable and production-ready.

What You’ll Do
- Code every day, building software and AI-powered applications from the ground up.
- Design and develop scalable applications using C# / .NET or Python.
- Build and integrate AI agents and agentic workflows into real software solutions.
- Develop RAG-based solutions that can work with enterprise data.
- Work hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain and MCP to build and orchestrate AI capabilities.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands-on coding experience.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI solutions, ideally involving Agentic AI, LLMs or AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience with AI agents, RAG, LangGraph, LangChain or MCP.
- A genuine builder mentality — you enjoy writing code, creating things and solving technical problems hands-on.
