Key Responsibilities
- Backend: Build robust apps using Java 17+ and Spring Boot; optimize PostgreSQL.
- System & DevOps: Automate with Bash/Shell; deploy via Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Leadership: Mentor developers, lead design discussions, and excel in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
- Cloud-native development, Maven, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Testing frameworks: JUnit, AssertJ, and Hamcrest.
- Effective communication in English (B2/C1).
Nice-to-Have
PostgreSQL, Kafka, Hibernate, Microservices, Python, Go, and monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of professional backend development experience.
