Develop cloud-native microservices powering enterprise retail Order Management, Inventory Visibility, Available-to-Promise, Promising, and Fulfillment systems
Design, develop, test, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices
Build REST APIs and backend services for enterprise Order Management and Supply Chain applications
Implement new product features and resolve production issues
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and senior engineers
Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Build configurable product capabilities for multiple enterprise customers
Follow CI/CD, automated testing, and secure software development practices
Use AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and productivity
Contribute to code generation, refactoring, troubleshooting, unit testing, understanding unfamiliar codebases, technical documentation, and learning technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong programming skills in Java
Experience with Spring Boot and REST API development
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles
Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
Basic understanding of microservices architecture
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily development workflow
Able to validate AI-generated code and maintain accountability for delivered work
