Project focus: You will design the integration of GenAI and LLM solutions into the complex IT landscape of a Swiss bank, working closely with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, IT Security and Business.
Start date: January 1, 2027 | Duration: 12 months | Workload: 100% | Location: Zurich
Tasks:
- Conceptual design of the architecture for integrating Genesys with the GenAI platform for AI-powered voice applications.
- Development of interfaces and integrations between cloud and on-premises systems.
- Implementation of LLM/LLMOps solutions including model serving and pipeline orchestration.
- Building scalable cloud platforms with AWS, Kubernetes and microservices.
- Development of technical architecture standards taking into account regulatory requirements.
- Coordination with business, IT architecture, cloud engineering and IT security.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in solution architecture and integration of complex IT systems.
- Solid practical experience with LLMs, GenAI and LLMOps including model serving and pipeline orchestration.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, microservices and APIs; ideally Azure.
- Experience with integrating AI solutions into cloud and on-premises systems.
- Experience with Genesys or a contact center is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, technical documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders.
