12+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, program management, or related disciplines, with 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical and cross-functional teams while supporting manufacturing, fulfillment, or large-scale operational environments
Strong project management skills, including schedule management, resource planning, cost control, risk management, and executive reporting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives and ongoing operational support requirements
Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and execution accountability within complex business environments
Proven experience leading complex infrastructure, operational, or IT-enabled business transformation projects in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
