SQL Bridge Engineer

You'll be the
first tech hire at OralPro,
tasked with building the
OralPro SQL Bridge
—
A proprietary data integration layer that connects legacy dental software to our cloud analytics platform.
Think
: "Plaid for dental data" or
"Segment for healthcare."
First 6 months:
Month 1-2:
Reverse-engineer 3 Italian dental PMS database schemas (XDent, OrisDent, DentalOpera)
Month 3-4:
Build Windows agent + real-time data pipeline (read-only, GDPR-compliant)
Month 5-6:
Launch REST API + deploy to 20 pilot clinics
Month 12:
100+ clinics, 1M+ data points/day, you've hired 1-2 engineers under you
You'll report directly to the founder with weekly 1:1s. Your decisions shape the architecture and tech stack. What you build becomes the moat that makes OralPro worth €100M+.
