We're looking for a Principal Python Engineer with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions.
As a technical leader, you'll define architecture strategy, drive engineering excellence, mentor teams, and champion best practices across software development, quality assurance, security, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
What we're looking for:
✅ 15+ years of software engineering experience, including proven experience as a Principal Engineer on large-scale projects
✅ Deep expertise in Python and modern software architecture
✅ Strong background in technical design, scalability, and distributed systems
✅ Expertise in software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
✅ Advanced knowledge of testing frameworks and QA methodologies
✅ Strong focus on security, observability, and operational excellence
✅ Extensive experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Experience operating and supporting production systems at scale
✅ Agile expert with a proven track record of driving engineering excellence across teams
