About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Cloud & Deployment Automation Specialist passionate about automation, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
Your mission will be to help us industrialize the deployment of both our cloud environments and our field devices. You’ll transform manual installation and configuration processes into reliable, automated, one-click deployments while continuously improving our engineering and operational practices.
You will work closely with software developers, operations teams, and product engineers in an international and multicultural environment.
If cybersecurity is one of your strengths, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our security roadmap and support our journey toward ISO 27001 certification.
What You’ll Do
Infrastructure & Cloud Automation
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and maintain Azure deployment pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
• Manage identities, permissions, and access governance through Microsoft Entra.
CI/CD & DevOps
• Design, automate, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve build, test, release, and deployment processes.
• Increase deployment reliability, traceability, and reproducibility.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and operational excellence.
Device Deployment Industrialization
• Industrialize installation and provisioning of Windows and Linux devices.
• Transform existing manual deployment procedures into automated workflows.
• Develop deployment images, installation packages, and unattended installation mechanisms.
• Support deployment of both local systems and Azure-hosted environments.
Security & Compliance (Optional but Highly Valued)
• Contribute to security-by-design initiatives.
• Participate in application and infrastructure security reviews.
• Support vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
• Help the organization progress toward ISO 27001 certification.
• Contribute to OWASP-based application security testing and recommendations.
We’re Looking For
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent) in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or Systems and Networks.
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, or infrastructure automation will be valued more highly than the degree itself.
Recommended professional experience: 2 to 5 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong Windows administration skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Bicep and ARM Templates.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar pipeline technologies.
• Scripting and automation mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
• Linux administration.
• Ansible or similar deployment automation tools.
• PowerShell scripting.
• Cybersecurity knowledge.
• OWASP Top 10 familiarity.
• ISO 27001 experience.
• OT protocols such as OPC UA.
