AI Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing applications and services using AI models, including LLMs, taking into account business logic, integrations, and error handling
- Identifying areas for automation and optimization using AI
- Integrating AI models with existing IT systems and business applications
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for developed solutions
- Cooperating with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring
- Implementing security, data protection, and regulatory compliance requirements in cooperation with security, legal, and compliance teams
- Optimizing the performance and costs of AI solutions
- Documenting and standardizing technical processes
Requirements:
- Software development experience: minimum 5 years of software development experience; strong practical knowledge of at least one programming language, e.g. Python, C#, or Java
- Application delivery: experience designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, databases, and automated tests; ability to work at the intersection of business and technology
- Practical AI projects: participation in the development of at least one AI solution used by real users, with a clearly defined individual contribution to the code and architecture
- AI in the software development process: practical experience using AI tools or agents to clarify requirements, plan changes, implement solutions, create tests and documentation; ability to verify AI-generated code and incorporate such tools into a repeatable and controlled software delivery process
- Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments
- Process analysis: ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including experience with configuration/parameterization and hardening
- Practical knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (OpenShift / Kubernetes)
- Experience working in regulated organizations, e.g. the financial sector
- Knowledge of MLOps and tools for managing the model lifecycle
