- You have extensive experience planning, designing, and building marketplace solutions with cross-functional partners such as Product Managers, Designers, and Quality Engineers

- Expertise with data modeling and optimizing query performance
- 10+ years experience as a software engineer
- Solid experience solving challenging architectural problems with good design
- Firm understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Expertise with consuming and integrating with external systems, APIs, and/or webhooks
- Excellent communication skills (particularly written)
- 2+ years experience with ReactJS, Typescript
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- 3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- Previous experience with Marketplace development
- Experience leading small teams/projects
- Previous experience building products that utilize LLMs to analyze user data
- You know a thing or two about the Fleet management industry
- Previous experience building APIs for consumer/mobile app consumption
