Full-Stack Engineer (AI Platform)

- Solid backend engineering ability. We use Go, PHP, and Python, and we expect strong engineers to pick up a new language
- Interest in the problems that come with non-deterministic systems — uncertainty, partial failure, and designing for human correction rather than assuming a correct answer every time
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Working knowledge of relational and non-relational data stores (Postgres, DynamoDB, or similar)
- Real product judgment: you can look at a workflow, decide what to build, and say what to cut
- Strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, including complex application state and data-dense interfaces
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, close your own knowledge gaps, and deliver in an evolving environment
