- Solid experience in software development across web applications and backend services
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or technical field
- Ability to join us in-person at our Edinburgh city centre office 2 days per week
- Legal authorisation to work in the UK
- Programming Skills: Strong foundational skills in at least one general-purpose programming language (such as Golang, Python, C, C++, Rust, or Java)
- Product Mindset: A passion for building reliable software experiences that deliver real value to end-users
- Software Development Background: Industry experience as a Software Engineer (full stack or otherwise)
- Modern Tooling: Familiarity with or interest in using AI-assisted tools within a modern development workflow
