Software Engineer

Build and enhance ServiceNow’s AI Experience Framework using JavaScript, Lit, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, and server-side rendering. Own full-stack architecture, develop reusable conversational interfaces, integrate AI and the Glide platform, and optimize performance and scale. Collaborate with product owners, conduct architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and provide technical direction. Preferred experience includes Kubernetes operations, multi-target build systems, and production observability with Grafana and Prometheus.
