Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Tech Lead to design, develop, and implement IT solutions across applications, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive software quality and security, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product security, quality, and overall technical reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to engineering teams.
- Lead technical activities based on team members’ expertise.
- Promote QA best practices and software test automation.
- Guide business teams in selecting optimal technical strategies.
- Lead software delivery from development to production across integrated services.
- Analyze requirements and ensure solutions meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Manage technical roadmaps, dependencies, and incremental delivery.
- Drive innovation through prototypes and emerging software engineering practices.
- Recommend technical improvements to enhance system availability and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 7+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including cloud-native solution design.
- 7+ years of experience developing microservices using Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, and GKE/Kubernetes.
- 7+ years of experience with Jenkins CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Helm, and Terraform.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and system design capabilities.
